Exercise During & After Pregnancy

Specially designed pre and post natal exercises can help to support your changing body, with a special focus on your spine, abdomen and pelvic floor. The aim is to improve your experience of pregnancy, reducing back and pelvic pain and aiding a quicker recovery after the birth of your baby. You will be supplied with exercises cards and an information booklet so that you can continue your exercises at home or at the gym.

Back & Pelvic Problems
